12/20 Well getting down to the last days before Christmas and happy to say that I finally witnessed snow this season. It was just a flurry but it covered the ground for a little while. And the reason that it finally snowed is due to the fact that Mary was driving down to Tuscola and Karen(step-mom)'s parents flew in from Arizona. I am suprised we didn't have a blizzard with those two factors. Updated the remix up to the 11th day. I will be posting the last day tomorrow since that will be my last of work until January 2nd, but plan on still updating the rest of the site from howm during that period.I apologize for the last couple of days kinda being lame but have been busy with work...yes that is correct finally busy here at Aon...whooo hooo!!!!!
One more thing...if you don't understand the eleventh day...well if the Cubs were to win 11 postseason games they would be World Series Champs!
And with the addition of Moises and Jesus...yes they signed a guy named Jesus from the Marlins, think he's a pitcher. If they can't win Jesus on there team I think its all over for them.
Only 4 and a half more months till the first pitch.

12/17 One week before Christams and I am proud to say I am all done with my Christmas shopping. What really helped was last week I stayed home sick ...<cough><cough> and got most of it done. I think this may be the first year I am done so early. Starting to feel like x-mas also, just got a video tape from Kerry with all of our old x-mas specials on it, which include, Charlie Brown Christmas, The Grinch, Rudolph, Frosty and Racoons on Ice. Now most people probably never heard of that last one, but its a good one! Mary had one on tape that I had never seen before, its Ziggy's X-mas Gift. Never heard of it before...and I know why. It was not that good, so thats probably why it has never been on T.V. But it was still a x-mas cartoon so it gets you in the spirit. So if anyone needs to get in the spirit I would watch a little Charlie Brown or Rudolph and you'll be ready to go caroling. Check out the 12 days of x-mas remix, getting close to the end.

12/12 Well after a day home resting I am back at work and on the net. Updated the x-mas remix for the 3rd day and hopefully have the 4th day updated later this afternoon. Had a slight cold but had a very sore body still from playing football on Sunday...damn i feel old! Didnt get any simpothy from Mary however, she didnt feel like I deserved it since she has been studying her a** off for the past month or so for her finals. But very happy to say they should be finishing up as we speak. Not sure what she is going to do with herself for the next 3 weeks. Prolly just sleep. Trying to get in the x-mas spirit, have Charlie Brown's Christmas playn on my speakers at work...Its helping. Just a little snow and I think im there.

12/10 Update on the smelly car...I believe it is gone! Not really sure, I knwo I cant smell anything, but that is because of my cold. Nobody has said anything to me about the smell, but that might be because no one wants to tell me my car smells. Would you tell someone there car smells like puke??? Realized this morning that, yes I am 24 years old and not 15. My body is telling me this everytime I move. Played tackle football yesterday morning for the first ime in about..oh 8 years or so. Good idea at the time and still think it was a good idea but my body is just taking it a little harder. So anyone else waste there Suunday afternoon watching those weak ass bears? Just goes to show that they really do suck! and the past 9 games have been primarily luck. Guess they have what the cubs had this year, Bears might hold onto a playoff spot though. 12/6 Car still has the lovely smell to it. Don't think i've closed the windows yet except for an hour or so last night when it was rainn'. Not sure if it still smells or if I just think it does. Anyway, pissed off at damn Illini, after I go talkn about how good they are they loose two big games. Oh well, good that college basketball has a long season. TACOS!! TACOS!!!TACOS!!! That was the chear on Tuesday night at the UC when the bulls were beatn up on the Rockets. If you havent experienced a Bulls game lately i'll explain. To make things more interesting I guess, they got this promotion where if the bulls score 100 points the fans get a free taco from taco bell. See how bad its gotten on the west side of town. Good thing we got the Bears to chear for. Tough game this sunday vs. the pack. My money is on the pack even though I hope the bears win. Favre is just too tuf! Weather is finally gettn shitty, think thats why im gettn sick. Yesterday it was 68 today its like 48. Put the clubs away I guess. Check my phot page, put up some new ones. Later

12/3 Ever have someone throw up in your car? Well I got to experience that this weekend. Saturday evening decided to take a trip with Ren and his girl to "Bar Chicago" after being informed my friend Kevin's girlfriend had won a party there. Most exciting part of the night was finding a free parking spot. Which if anyone has ever gone to any part of chicago on a saturday night knows what that means. Low part of the night was driving home in my passat on LSD/Sheridan and hearing Ren say..."Dave pull over!" Now im thinking ..what the f#@k now? Pull over and notice his girlfriend leaving her steak tacos on my floor and backseat. Luckily we were at a spot where i could swerve over quick enough for her to finish on the curb. After about 10 minutes of a quick clean up we headed back home. After a once over with some carpet cleaner from my mom and a trip to turtle wax....its just like new. Only thing, i still smell the wonderful smell of YAK! Remember back in grade school, when someone would puke...the janitor would bring out that orange nasty shit to spread on it...remember that smell. Well thats whay I smell whenever i get in my car. But trying to cover it up with a air freshener that al got me from toronto. Its this airplane you put on your vents and it blows out the freshener...cool i guess. Anyway...had a good time, and a thanx to Kevin's girlfriend Katie for inviting me and my friends.

11/30 Another wonderful chicago later november morning. From those who are not from chicago, that means dreary, crappy, rainy, cold....i think that sums it up good. Uneventul week overall here at Aon, just the usual crap that I have to deal with on a daily basis. On a happier note, Bulls won last night! That is a big surprise since they play like a bunch of girls, but them beating the Heat doesnt say much, they too have a great record of 2-12...whoo hoo!!!! go bulls!!!!
After my coments the other night about U of I basketball, they go out and get whooped by the Terps(maryland). For those who dont know what a terp is...its a turtle of some sort i think. Went by al's to watch the game, stopped by this place by his condo....think it was called Chiggy's Gyros or something. As al and i walked in, we were thinking the same thing....way too clean to have good greasy food and too many white people in there to be quality greasy food. But when we saw who was workin the grill we knew it was gonna be good. Anyway, ordered a Gyros, figured had to be good since the place was named for them. Anyway, not as good as Mikey's back in T.P. No "clowny fries"! oh well something to look forward to on the trips back to the homeland. Aight...im outta here, have a good weekend and ill see yall on monday.

11/27 Getting ready to leave work now. Busy day today, one of those days when people just cant' make up there minds of what they want. It was a good day since I had something to do. Also found out we need to learn a new program...flash....nice program! Headn over to Al's after work to watch U of I play some ball against Maryland. They got a good team this year. I think there is definitely something wrong in the sports balance this year. Cubs had a good season, bears are lightn it up with the Hawks. And both Illini football and basketball teams look like Big ten champs...next to Michigan of course. It was alot easier to catch a game with al when he was stayn ay my place but he's got a nice lookn condo. Went big on the entertainment area, but then again what else is there to a 24 yr old guy? Aight im outta here, hope to have some new pics soon.

11/26 Monday morning after a long weekend. Had a great few days, got to see most of my family and friends in some way or another. A quick run down: worked till 3 on wednesday, drove to Mary's, got there about 430 or so after sitting in some holiday traffic. chilled at her house and played some raquetball with mary(yes the great sport of the 70's but still a good workout). Turkey day...got up at about 6:45 so i could watch mary run the turkey trot in naperville. decided not to run this time, after the race for the cure ive decided i need to train a little more beofore doing that again. Went to breakfast after the race, got back to mary's parents and watched some football. To her families dismay I was rooting for the Packers, only cause Favre is my Fantasy QB. After some football ate...ate alot! relaxed awhile then took the trip to my step-bro Steve's new condo for somemore family gathering. Drank and ate more...no not turkey, actually at about 1030 or so got my step-bro Ryan and his girl-friend to go to White Castle...ahh the great Thanksgiving tradition! After 5 double cheeseburgers called it a night and drove to my mom's. Friday played some golf with my grandpa and dad. Nothing like playn golf in november! Ordered some pizza later that night and took a trip to the mall w/mary for some x-mas presents. Good Deals!!!! Saturday went to my grandparents house for the final leg of the thanksgiving weekend track around the suburbs of chicago. Had a greatr time and enjoyed it all, so I guess thats what the holiday's are for.

went over there last night for some football and 2k2...who says you need to spend $300 for a ps2 when you can spend $50 on a dreamcast and 2k2.
watched the bears kick some viking ass...nothn like watchn 3 over-paid biatches get whooped on(Moss, Carter and Culpepper).

11/20 First entry of daily thoughts. At work now after a busy/slow day. Which means at any time of the day I can be sitting here do nothing and with 20 seconds 5 people will come by and ask me to do a logo or cover page. Days like this happen often, especially when my co-worker Theresa is on vacation...which she is on today and tomorrow. Took a few days off to prepare her bird. Getting ready to take off shortly to go to Al's new "pimp crib" as he calls it. Al was living with Mary and I for the past 3 months. Made it very interesting at time(will go into later...maybe) but most of the time it was good. Ren called it "Three's Company". Ok back to work and leavn' soon.
